(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I have assigned two programs as primary baseline and secondary baseline. But i am not able to get the column showing % complete for the secondary baseline program i.e. BL2.
How to solve this problem.

you can try a workaround
assign your BL2 as project baseline and copy the schedule % to UDF using global change (after shifting the data date)
then assign BL1 as project baseline and put your BL2 as primary
now you can compare sched % (BL1) and UDF (BL2)
