Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I have a question directing to EPS Structure as follows:

Sometimes my EPS Module, dosent shows the summarized info of all the projects....

For example it shows in total no of activities column it shows "0 activities" , even if the project has some activites.....

Is there any solution for the same...

Haresh,
Like Activity Window (module), Project Window (module) also having schedule (F9) equivalent. The proper practice is to run an update every cut-off like what you do in your Schedule. The schedule (F9) equivalent for EPS/WBS is called Summarize. (Tools-> Summarize (any of the three option – Open Projects, All Projects Summary only Projects) If you haven’t run summarize then all information on the Project that not open will show nothing but once you run the summarize it will update the information whether open or not depends on your settings (Project Window-> Settings tab-> Summarize data. You can specify the WBS level to summarize and level of detail for resource planning). You can also run an automatic update using Job Services.
