Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi, good day,

Anyone can tell me why the expenses is not having actual done even when I have the "Auto Compute Actuals" checked before my update of progress?.

Hi

Expenses is use as a non-activity driven items in P3e. What you can do is if you want the actual is driven by the activity progress then you need to use resource.

This is a well known "feature" and not much loved. Auto-compute actual expenses are driven by the planned start and finish dates, NOT the actual start/ actual finish.
