Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello all;

When a access knowledgebase, Primavera’s site show a page giving a "hello" to a person that is not me.

What do i have to do to change it?

Wich Primavera e-mail adress to i have to send a msg to change it?

Do every customer can access "Customer Center"?

How do customers can get a user name and password to access knowledgebase??

Here i use a username and a password that partner gave me. Is it correct??

I also had worked in this partner and i know that they dont use to give a username and a password to cutomers. Is it corret??

Should i contact Primavera??
