Good Day to all!

I want to seek anyones help regarding on how get the planned value cost.
I tried to input actual site percentage in my program but when i update it no value for Planned value cost, only Earned value cost. I need to compare between Planned and earned value..
Here what i did..
1. I input all actual site percentage in the "% Complete column"
2. I updated and change the data date from tools\update progress
3. I went to tools\option and clicked the earned value.

Am I correct what I did or I missed something?
Thank you.

chris

you r most welcome

you could keep your approved baseline as target and update the baseline programme using actual dates .Then in F7 option choose budget where you could get planned value and earned value

Hi
Once you plug in actual percentage completion you could move data date using schedule option f9 by mentioning a specific date .

To compare planned and earned value you need to set targets to you programme
