February, 2011 Provided a planning function to both site and management teams for Railway & Light Rail Construction Schemes. These schemes were predominately Civils/OHLE, though I also gained experianced working on Signalling, E&P & LUL schemes.
Duties included the production and maintenance of P6\P7 Project Plans throughout the project lifecycle, producing S-Curve Analysis charts, Resource Histograms, Construction Trackers, Delay Analysis etc.
