Manage the master planning for a portfolio of capital works projects ,using primavera .Set up and developed new infrastructure projects, assigned cost and resource loading to establish budgets, within a project lifecycle process. Update the master plan, analyse and identify reasons for slippage against key deliverables. Prepare progress reports to the client

ACHIEVEMENTS

Benefited from training programmes and mentoring from a specialist Project Management company. Became skilled in the application of Earned Value Techniques. Joined the APM.
