Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Can anyone tell me how to assign percent weight for different phase of a project for producing a Project S-curve. I have a percent weight as Engineering:Procurement/Fab:Construction:Commissioning = 25%:15%:55%:5% which I need to assign to each phase S-curve and get a overall Project S-curve. e.g. suppose I have a % complete for engineering as 40%, the contribution it will make to overall progress as 40*25%=10%. Please help its really urgent.

hi

you need to assign a resource, "call it manhour for simplification" to your program,
let’s say the total budget quantity for your program will be 100 Hours. thus :

Engineering = 25 hour
Procurement/Fab = 15 hour
Construction = 55 hour
Commissioning = 5 hour
