Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi, I just returned to P3.1 (from p6) and am struggling with getting the Planned Percent Complete for activities from the target schedule. I’m trying to do it in gantt chart view, and then summarise.

Is there an easy way?

Thanks Paul, that’ll do for me. Easy when you know how ... :)

I usually autostatus using progress spotlight a copy of the baseline and set it as Target 2. The % complete of this schedule will be the planned % complete.
