Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear Members,
Recently I Installed P3 in my laptop (Dell,which has vista). But when i try to open any project it is showing that "Could not open target project" or some times it is showing "Could not open Read only files". Can anyone please suggest me whether i should install any drivers for supporting primavera in vista.
Please advise.

Hello Mohammad,

YOUR P3WIN file must be loaded in the program files , remove 3 and reinstall in a location where p3 is able to write files to, vista does not let any program to write files into the program files.
