(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

input of actual site manhours to P3

Dear all,

Pls inform me if there is any way to track productivity rates in P3. I m using excel sheet for this so far. For each activity in schedule, i get earned manhour vales from P3 based on percentage complete. and i input this to excel sheet on the related activity column. Actual manhours are coming from site timekeeper to whom i declared all activities and their descriptions. so i can calculate productivity rate with the ratio of actual manhours to earned manhours.

As far as i know, there is no problem to calculate earned value when i input percentage complete, P3 automatically calculates, but as for the actual manhour there is the only way to get this infrmation is site timekeeper.

But the point is can i input actual manhours to P3, and does it calculate the ratio between earned manhour and actual manhour.

I dont think P3 is capabale of handling PF for the given acitivity.. If anyones has any clue on this, please share.
