Clifton Hunter New School, Cayman Islands

Worked as the site planner for the management contract to complete the construction of a school that was abandoned by the previous contractor. Work also involved completing part of the John Gray School up to watertight stage. Assisted in the conversion of my existing programmes into P6 and developing them into a detailed procurement and construction schedule.

Cayman Government New Offices, Cayman Islands

Worked as the tender and construction planner for the new six storey office building. Duties included developing the construction programme, short term planning, procurement, progress reporting, site supervision and monthly reports.

Walkers Lawyers New Head Office Project, Cayman Islands

Worked as the tender and construction planner for the eight-storey concrete frame office building and car park. Responsible for all scheduling, contemporaneous progress records, MEP submittals, photographs, video and client reporting. When completed the buildings smoke extraction system was faulty so the building could not achieve building inspection for handover due to mechanical design faults. Other duties involved providing all of the records for the appointed expert witness in the claims dispute.

Butterfield Bank New Offices, Cayman Islands

Worked as the site planner for the new Butterfield Bank Cayman headquarters which consisted of a seven-storey concrete frame office block and separate car park. Duties included preparing construction, short term programmes and progress reports.

Camana Bay Block 6 Offices & Car Park, Cayman Islands

Worked as the site planner and provided site supervision for Blocks 6A and 6P for the Dart Company at Camana Bay which is part of a new town. Duties included programme preparation and progressing site works, tracking submittals, preparing monthly progress reports, Tracking material procurement to island. Tenant fitout schedules prepared and monitored for Cayman National Bank and Maples and Calder. Assisted Knowles preparing a claim against the client Dart at Camana Bay including the preparation of as-builts and inputting variations/changes/RFIs to create entitlement schedules.
