Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Can any one help me out with the mail options in P3.
I am unable to get the real advantage of mail facility (email addresses in the act codes & sending emails only to relevant people). I used to do this successfully in the past. May be it was a MAPI mail based system. Now I weusing Microsoft exchange server & i am clueless as are out IT guys.
Can anyone throw some light on this.

Hi All,
I can get the email options, but no controls, as the file is saved as a .prd file which can be updated using prmmail.exe.
So effectively, keying the email ids in the codes are not being used.
I donot believe that outlook does not support these features.
