Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Sorting by Activity Codes

Is there a way to change the sort order of a particular activity code using the filter options instead of manually changing he sort order of the activity codes in the dictionary? Hope to receive your reply on this soon.

Thanks for the reply..You were right its difficult to sort the activity codes by using filters especially if you have a lot of activity codes to sort. I might as well change it in the dictionary. Again thanks.

Hi,
Yes its possible but not easier than setting the order in activity codes dictionary.
For this case first run "No Activity" filter. Then add a new filter format and define the first activity code you want be first in the criteria and run filter. For the next time define the second activity code in the filter criteria, but before running the filter you should set "Add activities to the current view". Now you can continue this procedure.
