Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Is it possible to Create two S-curves on one spread sheet,
The X-axis representing Time/Duration
The Y-axis representing Worls complete to date.

The two s-curves representing: Earliset Start and Latest Finish respectively, thus creating a range to be within to maintain programme.

Being outside the range, representing being ahead or behind
the programme.

Is this possible to 2, and F it is possible, can you let me have a step-by-step, idiots guide on how-to????

Please help,
Sincerly,
Concerned.

Venkat;

As far as I know, you can show just one S-Curve in SureTrak at the time and there is no tool to show both early and late dates S-Curve. In Primavera you can do that simply.

Hi there,
Its possible. In P3 you can use Resource and Cost Graphic Reports. In the "Content" tab set "Both" early and late dates. When you run the report, two S-Curve will be generated, one based on early dates and the other based on late dates. You will have a range to control your actual S-curve. If your actual S-curve is upper than range you are ahead of schedule and if is lower than range you are behind the schedule for sure.
If you need more info. let me know.

I have posted an article on my web site at www.eh.com.au which may help you. I find most books and guidelines are theory based and give no guidance on how EVPM is applied in practice.
