Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

In P3, users could produce an Early, Late, & Planned Curve.  P6 doesn't do this.

I am able to produce an Early & Late Resource curve by copy/pasting the data from the resource assignments view into an excel spreadsheet, but I cannot produce a planned curve.

I am curious to know what others are doing to generate a planned curve from P6 without simply taking the average of the early & late units.

Melissa,

The early dates of your Baseline or Initial Schedule represents the Planned.
Use the Baseline to generate the required curve.

Go to resource graph on the task bar in P6. Then right click on the graph to customize according to what you want.
