Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Please refer to my comment on your other post regarding a road project WBS.
A schedule can and most often is a complex beast. We cannot simply provide a full list of activities for a roads job when we have no idea of the scope.

To develop the schedule you must forst know what it is you are doing, how you intend to control that work, and what informnation is required for control.

As I said before, if you have a go the members of this forum will gladly provide guidance and instruction.

But please just have a bit of a go.
