Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi,

Can you help me how to establish an S-Curve, Histogram in Primavera P6. I’d like to establish the following scenario:
Man-Hours vs Period/Time-Scale
Resources vs Cost

Please help.

Thanks

Regards

Rina

To create a Graphic View of your resource/cost usage as an S Curve (Cumulative curve) do the following:

1. Add the Resource Usage Profile to your bottom view by going to View, Show on Bottom, Resource usage profile.

2. Right click within the profile and select Edit Resource Usage Profile options.

3. On the Data tab, select whether to display Units or Costs and mark the boxes to show the cumulative curves you want to see.

4. Select the colors for the cumulative curves in the Show Remaining Bars As section.

To print only the cumulative curve section of the layout, perform the following.

1. Go to File, Page Setup, Options tab.

2. Mark only the Profile option in the Print section.

Good luck.
