(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi

I want to alter some relationship in P3 Ver 3.1 by exporting the Successor Information and making necessary changes in excel and then importing it back . However this didnt work .

Is there any way out ???

Pls. help

hi,

first of all u have to export from primavera a standard file with fields u want to include in excel file, then make what ever changes u want in the data,lastly you import again with the changes u have made.

It should work if u keep the standard file unchaged.

When you wish to re-import spreadsheet information, you need to be sure to export the header title section as well. Dont modify this title in any way, only change the data below. Then try to import it. P3 will know what type of data you are importing by the titles.
