Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi

in Primavera P6, it is possible to clasify the WBS nodes (by example WBS category, that can be modified on Admin Categories).

For an specific layout, the proper filter (WBS category <equals / is not equals to>) allows to shown the required nodes.

To view only some WBS we use Spider Project software so usually we create Incomplete WBS Structures for this purpose. We can exclude whole WBS sections and/or individual activities to take control of what is shown simply by highlighting your selection and clicking “Exclude from structure”.

A last resort could be using User Defined Field you manually populate and filter for the field.

Good Luck
