I have some activities with zero resources against them. Basically a manufacture line, which I put a % complete against. I would like this to roll up to the summary level.
Is this possible to do in P6? I've tried changing the % complete type. even using a dummy resource. But it doesn't seem to roll up.
Any suggestions?
because you can use either physical % complete, duration % complete or unit % complete to track your % complete you can not roll up certain % completes. This is like mixing apples, oranges and bananas. Try using actviity % complete
