Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello Dears;

When we do the monthly report, we usually send to the contractor a table showing the most important zones which have the activities of the project; showing in this table:

1- % Planned complete

2- % Actual complete

3- Variance; (Actual % - Planned %)

No problem with getting the actual %, my question is how to get the planned %

Please Help :)

Thank You,

Hi Sir,

The resources are loaded,

Actually i tried the same on another project, and the percentages for the WBS's were calculated

Is there any relation between kind of resource ( which i dont know what is it ) and the shedule % ?

Best Regards

Hi Nouraldi,

1. Yes, you got it.

2. Seems your schedule was not resource loaded?

Please let me know.

Hi Nouraldi,

To be able to show the % Planned Complete ( Schedule % Complete in Primavera ), you should maintain and assign baseline to your current schedule.

Hope this helps.
