Resource usage profile chart not displaying correctly?

if these are LOEs or even not you can add a curve to the resouce for then to distrubute. If there in no curve assigned then the distrubuition should be linear. If they are LOE activites then they MUST have a curve assigned to the activity or you will get this spike
