Website Upgrade Incoming - we're working on a new look (and speed!) standby while we deliver the project

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

If the values change all the time then the option of making the text white may not be so convenient.

You may be able to use a Custom data item and a logical formula to put only the values you require in the new column.

Look under Tools, Customize, Fields, select a field from the drop down list and click on Formula button to see the calculation options.
