Project Controls Engineer, ANSAQ Contracting Company, Multiple Project - Programs
• Involve in program management, supporting different project managers handling different projects at the same timeline. Develop the schedule management plan and schedule design for the assigned projects, facilitate the development of master construction schedule.
• Create a work breakdown structure for each project in line with the construction methodology or BOQ structure developed by the client or client representatives. Develop activity weighting system that enables a representative measure for the project progress to be determined.
• Manage schedule updates and changes, adjust project plans and schedule to bring the deviating activities back in line. Assist in preparation of change request such as extension of time and facilitate the re-baselining of project scope, cost and schedule.
• Participate in project management meetings concerning project plans and schedule, communicate with the project team to collect required data for project monitoring and controlling purposes.
Perform Earned Value Analysis with the aid of Primavera P6 in tracking project schedule and cost. Provide recommendation, alternative methodologies and solutions to forecasted issues and trends.
