Functions:

·         Constructed activity schedules on Primavera 6, utilized work breakdown structure (WBS), managed and monitored task completion and updated progress.

• Reporting and enhancing documents for the client; this involved preparation of status report on cost, duration, variance, and all performance index

·         Experience in full reporting & implementing processes: involved Earned Value Analysis,Forecasting,  Resoure Usage etc to Senior Management on a weekly and monthly basis

·         Site visitations and preparation of site progress report to be presented to clients and senior management.

·         Fully participate in bid tendering process, preparation of plans to be useful in developing schedules

·         Plan and schedule project timelines, track project deliverables using appropriate tools

·         Ensured planning process was realistic and consistent with cost estimate through to project completion

• Provide support in cost estimations for projects and follow up with monitoring commercial and resources monitoring on these projects
• Generating S Curve, Histogram from schedule and keeping tag on PMS: Project monitoring Sheets
• Provide support for Master Schedule, Proposal and Summary development

·         Liaise with project team to pull together their documentation and manage document numbering.
