Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi All,

Does anyone out there know of a way to display the level (i.e. in the chart structure) that a line (summay or bar etc.) is at?

I know you can use the Show To Level button, but was after something that could display in the column of that line automatically. I thought that perhaps it could be done through a forrmula, but after hours of trial & error (all error) I cannot see how.

Any info on this would be appreciated, even if its to say it can't be done.

Regards,

Chris

Thanks Mike.

I was after an automated way of doing it - I'll assume as no other answers that it can't be done.

Chris.

Hi Chris

I use a colour code to differentiate the various levels.

The code is then displayed in the Code Column - even though that particular code is not used on the chart display.

Best regards

BTW - I have cleared your double entry.
