A total area of 440,000 m² consisting of three parking floors, one 3-floor shopping mall, 3-floor administration area, six restaurants, ten cinemas, one 1500-persons capacity ballroom, 125 beds Four Seasons hotel, and 10 high-rise residential towers: (A) The West towers towards the sea, consisting of 26 floors including 400 furnished luxury apartments and (B) The East towers consisting of 30 floors with 500 apartments.

Began draftiing CPM networks by hand, entering them onto data cards for running the various reports at an IBM mainframe computer facility. Graduated to developing my own schedules by turning the drawings, reading the specifications and making preliminary schedules for sub and genreral contract review. By the late 80's I was ready for a different schedule development model.

Planning Engineer working at the Company’s head office / fabrication facility in Darlington, using Primavera P6 computer systems, with supporting documentation / reports produced using various Microsoft packages in-line with the company’s control system. Working on fabrication, construction and EPC projects.
