Roles & Responsibilities

·         Preparation and updating of Engineering deliverable register for monitoring and controlling of engineering progress.

·         Preparation and updating of Procurement Status register for monitoring and controlling of Procurement activity progress.

▪ The development of the project schedule according to the commercial needs.

▪ Perform a variety of cost engineering functions including cost control, budget preparations, projected cash

 flow, forecasting, and cost reporting under limited supervision.

▪ Review project man-hours and the allocation of man-hours, labors cost, material purchasing in conjunction  

  with the planning team on weekly basis.

- Managing Subcontractor Planning, Scheduling (Priamvera Schedule), Reporting and monthly Primavera Schedule update

- Exclusively working on EasyPlant which is implemented at site for the 1st time in India.

- Extracting reports from Marian (SPMAT) for forecasting and planning site activities.

Supervising works at site to ensure its compliance with the design drawings, specifications, QA/QC, cost, time schedule, safety and environmental protection requirement. Review and evaluation of the project progress towards achieving objectives and reporting. Participate in the community mobilization meetings, progress development meetings and training selected community members in construction of brick works, management of resources, health education, sanitation and hygiene.
