Roles & Responsibilities
· Preparation and updating of Engineering deliverable register for monitoring and controlling of engineering progress.
· Preparation and updating of Procurement Status register for monitoring and controlling of Procurement activity progress.
· Developing the planning package, updating and monitoring for entire project.
· Making the project norms sheet for entire project.
· Developing, Monitoring and updating of Progress Measurement system.
· Preparing and updating S-Curves as well as resource histogram.
· Generating & Monitoring 4 Weeks look ahead plan and 3 Months rolling plan.
· Preparation of Cost Estimates for task orders (JCR).
· Preparation of Quantity wise plan like Service connection, Structure erection, DTR installation, 9mtr & 8mtr PCC pole erection.
· Identifying and closely monitoring the critical activities to avoid project Delay.
· Conducting productivity analysis discipline wise and project performance report.
· Making the Delay analysis, forecast plan.
· Developing, reviewing & publishing progress report like DPR, WPR, and MPR Report.
· Preparing the presentation for Monthly Meeting- Client.
· Framing the Agenda and MOM for internal and Client meeting on Weekly and Monthly basis.
· Supply & Erection Contract Closing.
· Quality control management.
· Preparation of BOQ(Survey qty., Rev. Qty., & Final Qty.,)
