Ø  Development / Implementation of a quantity tracking database for measuring earned progress.

Ø  Development of Project schedule. Compiles, summarizes, updates, and maintains historical schedule data. Performs quantity and manpower resource loading for assigned schedules, Progress Measurement.
Prepare "S-Curve Target" for every approved construction schedule as a tool to monitor, control construction performance, compare with the actual performance, analyze variance and give feedback to field construction to improve performance in order to get project completion achievement based on planned schedule.

Ø   Experienced to develop of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)

Ø   Strong knowledge and experienced with Primavera P6 8.2 software.

Ø  To review Baseline EPC Schedule Overall, L1, L2 & L3/L4, progress S-Curve & Manpower Loading submitted by contractor.

Ø  To coordination with contractor regarding Engineering, Procurement, construction & Installation issue, mitigation plan &recovery plan to maintain target achieved as per contract date
