MBP is one of the premier construction management and program management firms in the country, working closely with the owner, architects, engineers, and other consultants to develop the overall plan for the project. The team provides seamless integration of all parts of the construction process: design, procurement, construction performance and closeout. This allows the owner to manage its construction program without creating permanent staff positions.

Responsibilities:

Development of the master schedule from the interactive planning stage, responsible for setting up the fully resourced and cost loaded programme and progress monitoring using the Earned Value Analysis. Primavera post office was used to get updates from the project team.

Responsible for developing and maintaining the plan in Primavera P6 in producing and managing a robust design process. Including the definition of requirements, scope, assumptions, development phasing, work and asset breakdown and verification and validation regime that result in a safe and affordable design for the High Speed 2 (HS2) and  London-West Midlands (LWM) project.  As well as managing internal design interfaces between discipline leads & PSC’s Project Coordinators.

v  Develop, implement and maintain (monitor compliance and initiate CA/PA measures where necessary) all project controls processes and procedures.

v  Study and understand all relevant documents and conditions pertaining to the project.

v  Head Planning, Cost Control, Risk Management, Reporting and Document Control Teams.
