Development of the master schedule from the interactive planning stage, responsible for setting up the fully resourced and cost loaded programme and progress monitoring using the Earned Value Analysis. Primavera post office was used to get updates from the project team.

Carrying out Critical path analysis of master & subcontractor programme by highlighting the critical path of the project/plan and ensure that the assigned resources are made available to achieve timely delivery of the planned milestones. The critical activities are identified and their progress continuously monitored & reported to project management team to ensure that project products are delivered within allocated timeline and budget
