Managed the Jacket construction planning scope • Provided new detailed estimation tools of the Load-out planned date, using production daily results (bracers and infills installed/welded out). • Optimized the schedule of the Rigging contractor and its interactions with production. Directed a team of 2 production planners • Trained the team to become proficient with Primavera P6. • Supported production team by identifying daily priorities and critical path. • Delivered daily production reports. Created and updated a close-out Punch list. • Delivered weekly and monthly reports: progress, key dates, KPI, achievements.
