December, 2012 - Preparation of Execution level-3 & level-4 plans on Primavera Project Planner, Indirect and direct manpower deployments.
- Monitor progress of piping to ensure that the project is progressing as planned and the targets would be met and raise flags if the targets are likely to slip. Development of Daily, Weekly & Monthly progress monitoring systems & reports preparation with highlighting area of concerns & reinforce weak areas to meet with planned targets
- Meeting with client to discuss weekly progress and project hindrances etc.
- Monthly Project Invoicing, extra/additional work claim preparation and Invoicing.
- Provide assistance in verification of original and extra works to client.
- Sub contractors Invoices site verifications
- Provide assistance to Execution team as and when required
- Understanding project work scope, needs and deliverables, Project milestones, Estimating budget quantities, costs, durations and resources.
- Material & consumables requirement estimation
- Generation of daily work front for execution team.
- Cost control by optimization of Resources utilization.
- Generation of technical queries.
- Generation of Test Packs for piping.
- Overall In charge of the Test Pack activity including generation, plan, expedition & invoice preparation and verification to client.
- Scheduling the test packs to be performed on monthly as well as weekly basis.
- Coordination with client on daily basis regarding the test packs activity.
- Coordinate with client for any change against design.
