- Preparation of Job Cost analysis and controlling the cost during the procurement of material.
- Identifying the extra item and submitting the variation proposal for the approval.
- Preparation of monthly bill and measurement sheet as backup document.
- Preparation of MEP baseline program and procurement of material as per the project schedule.
- Calculation of Pump Head, ESP, Heat load for selecting Pumps, Fan, AHU, FCU and Cooling tower.
- Preparation of Bill of qty for the procurement and follow up with vendor timely delivery of the same.
- Measurement and preparation of bill of qty for the power & control cable as per the approved drawing.
- Preparation of project progress report and attending project review meeting.
- Preparation of Mode table, Operation Logic, Chiller Plant Logic, and Co-ordination with Fire Fighting, UPS, DG, Fire Alarm, Security, Electrical Panel and CCTV System Vendors.
- Anchoring on-site erection of HVAC, Electrical, IBMS and commissioning of the system.
- Commissioning ofAHU, Air-cooled Chiller, and Water cooled Chiller, Cooling to towers.
