All the Projects Clients are in Iraq - BP, DNO, MOL. • Project Baseline Schedule preparation in Primavera 6.• Preparation of S Curve, Histograms, Budget, and Progress measuring system.• Updating of schedule on a weekly basis in Primavera 6.• Coordinating with the engineering crew to deliver the deliverables on time.• Keeping track of project on a daily basis.• Weekly and monthly reporting which includes cost reporting.• Bi weekly cost reporting.• Alerting the construction team of the obstacles and notifying the team of slippage and delays.• Issuing look ahead schedules.• Keeping track of Subcontractor Progress and preparation of mitigation plan if there is a slippage.• Cost Control.• Change and trend analysis.• Delay Mapping.• Change Order Preparation.• Tender project planning package preparation.
