Attending weekly meetings, progress review meetings.
Preparation of procurement schedules, drawings schedules, subcontractor/supplier procurement etc.
Prepares cash flow, charts and manpower histograms.
Verify critical path and interfaces between design/engineering/ procurement / execution.
