Mr. Doughty was initially assigned to assist the SR 125 project with scheduling and subsequently assumed the Public Outreach / Noise Abatement / Soundwall role on the Toll road portion of this contract. The expressway is a unique design-build project consisting of two contracts that were executed under a franchise agreement between Caltrans and California Transportation Ventures.
