Adam has had to ensure collaboration between all scope packages, identifying key interfaces and dependencies to develop a critical path. This has included the identification of key issues that arise to give regular client updates on schedule development. Regular interfacing workshops has been vital to ensure efficient schedule development within tight timeframes.
