Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Lean construction is a trend now more than a methodology, as one person in comments said - it is a thinking like, why do you wait for a crane, if you can take those parts and use old good planks for moving and many more... Find the bottleneck - measure it and then control it!

Great advice Ahmad. Do you have a recommendation for a company that teaches Lean Six Sigma on site at a Defense/Aerospace company?

Here's my web address if you want to construction management software.

Hi Shareef,

Firstly, Lean Construction is not a methodlogy, Lean Construction (Lean Thinking) is way of thinkig (philosophy)/Way of design a series and/or production system that will minmize waste of matrial, time, and efforts and maxmise added value.

Last Planner System (LPS) is a tool you could use to reach Lean construction outcome.
