In Planning & Scheduling:

-          Provide the team input as to contract WBS, deliverables, and Key Milestones – Construction methodology and economical approach.

-          Oversee Planning & Scheduling details for client presentation and acceptance using P3.1.

-          Approved Schedule and Tender Document for Bidding

(Spear heading in cost engineering for bidding & budgeting)

Determination of Project Measurement Baseline (PMB).

In Construction & Control:

-          Set up the organization of the Company, selected technical people who will be entrusted with relevant position to better project the company to its goal.

-          Participate in tendering for new project, and prepare the entire necessary requirements to facilitate client needs and make sure that project will be able to deliver on time.

-          Maintain the flow of resources from conception to the execution and acceptance (closing of project) by the client.

-          Hands on monitoring of the progress at site and held meeting with client and representative.  Present to client the progress of works and the variation orders that may come along the way during project execution.

-          Provide guidelines at site operation how the schedule will be met and all deliverables will be ready on time. Promote safety and work quality for owner/client satisfaction and trust.
