(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

I have printed the Resourse Usage Spreadsheet several times and each time the first 5 months have a gray background on the paper print (also in print preview).

But it is not consistant.  Sometimes the gray area is 8 months, sometimes 13 months!

Help me to understand if this is a setting that I am missing.

Thank you.... Bill Luster,  Kansas City, MO, USA

Not related to data date.  The gray area is several months in the future.  In this case 8 months.  Completely random.  Hopefully someone has experienced this and knows the answer.

Thank you for your responses.

Bill,

The next logical question would be, is it related to Data Date? Grey before DD, white after DD? Maybe you already checked on this. If not then without having P6 this is how far as I can go. I use P6 manual to understand transferring of files from P6. Wish you good luck.

Best regards,

Rafael

I understand about the editable fields.  My question is on the actual printed output file.  Please note the gray columns below.  There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for the gray area...
