Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

If you installed P6.7 directly from the box then, chances are, you installed oracle database instead of MS SQL.

I have the same problem and I had to install back to MS SQL.

Sorry...not much help.

Best bet is Oracle support.  Not nearly as useful as the old Primavera Support, but they stuck by me while trying to get Sql 2008 installed as DB for P6.7 on a Windows 7-64 system.  Not clear where you are located, but I believe they have phone support (call back) available during working hours (no more weekend support).

The Knowledge base may also be useful.  My experience has not been consistent here.
