Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi all,

I would like to view the activity table & Gantt chart on the top view, and only profile (graph) in the bottom view (I mean to split the screen in 3 parts instead 4 parts).

Thanks a lot Mr.Rodel,

Just wanted to have all that (activity chart, Gantt chart and Profile) in the A0 sheet and paste it in the meeting hall.Now I need to do that separately.

Like what I have said, for screen view it is not possible. For print out, Print the Activity Table and Gantt chart first as selected on the Options and then Print the Profile separately as one whole page.

However looking for something else>> when we view Gantt chart on top and profile at bottom, the screen splits into 4 parts >>
1.top left activity table,
2.Top right Gantt chart,
3.Bottom left= "Show usage for..all activities & selected activities option, etc.
4.Bottom right shows The graph.

I would like to show ..1 and 2 .>>the top screen which splits the top screen into 2 parts,and only graph in the whole bottom screen without showing point 3 (above mentioned).

Once the screen view is Gantt chart on Top and Profile at the bottom click Print Preview-> Page Setup-> Option tab.
Tick Activity Table, All Column (optional), Grid Lines(optional), Gantt chart and Profile
