Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi Everyone,
I have 2 questions again.
1. How can I export calendar from P6. To use it on diffrent machine in P6. and also how can I import it.
2. How to change calendar assign to project rather than global.
I appreciate youe help.

Hi Kinnar,
To export your calendar from P6 to another machine simply create an xer back of the project which is using the calendar. This will automatically be imported on the new machine.
Delete the project you imported after this, if you do not need it.
In the menus go to:
Enterprise
Calendars
Click the "Project" radio button
Click "Add"
Choose the name of the calendar you want to copy as a Project Calendar
Click the green + sign
Click "Close"
You should now have a Project Calendar with the dates you required.
