Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Is it possible to export a calendar so that it can be sent to a sub-contractor via email? (in P5)

Create a project with one activity per calendar you’ll have to export --> assign the calendar --> Export XER-format. The calendar(s) will be included. Your sub then can import your project and the calendar automatically will be created.
Pay attention for the names: If a calendar exists with the same name and you have the default settings, that calendar will be skipped and the existing will be used. Maybe you’ll use a prefix with your initials or an abbreviation of your project to provide a unique name.
