Website Upgrade Incoming - we're working on a new look (and speed!) standby while we deliver the project

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dears,
In P6 we have done the recovery with cost loaded to expenses category. However the remaining cost shows same as original budgeted cost. ie actual cost or earned value is not deductted.
How I can correct this?

Ajith,

Try checking out your calculation settings. Go to projects, calculation tab, then tick on "recalculate actual..." and "link actual..."

Hope it will do.

Hi Ajith,

You need to update your Actual & Earned Value Cost based on the % complete or work done.

Likewise, make sure that in Project Setting under Calculation, mark the check box next to "Subtract Actual from At Completion".
