P6 Report Loading Error

Hi Izam,

Okey. You mean Export P6 to Excel sheet. You can even do this in P6 itself using global.

So, what exactly you need to export and modify it in Excel? The Units/Time, Budgeted Units or Duration?

I think the reason why the UPT remain to 1 it is because, the duration type is "Fixed Units/Time". Try to change it to "Fixed Duration & Units".

Now if you are trying to update your schedule, the UPT will change depending on the "Remaining Duration & Units".

Hope this helps.

Arnold

Hi Arnold,

Sorry for not making it clear since I’m too rushing yesterday

As we know Budgeted Quantity = Original duration*units per day right? but the problem is all my UPT (units per day) remain to 1. Is not suppose to be, becuase it would calculate automatically once we drop BQ and OD status.

What I did yesterday, I convert it to P3 version then export it to excel direct do correction.

Done perfectly, but I didn’t find it at P6 software. Could u tell how to do this at p6 via excel spreadsheet?

Hi Izam,

Can you cite an example, a little bit clearer.
