Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear all friends,
Is there any one could help in data input to Expenses in P5 as I’m a new user of this version;I have got some problem with actual costs and expenses % complete and the relation between the fields in cost tab in expenses view?

Hello Seyed,

You can enter the actual costs for expenses in Activities view or Expenses view. In activities view, click on Expenses tab, then right click inside the Expenses tab, then add the actual cost column. Then you can enter actual costs using actual cost column. Or using expenses view, right-click on the expenses view, then select columns... and add actual cost column.
